This project involved redesigning a suite of event brochures for Officers Mess, a heritage riverfront hospitality venue in New Farm, Brisbane. These were used as key customer touchpoints during the enquiring and booking process. The brochures were created to replace outdated materials and improve brand presence across the brand.

The Challenge

Existing brochures contained outdated pricing, inclusions and imagery that no longer reflected the Officers Mess brand. The challenge was to refresh the content and elevate the look and feel, ensuring the brochures functioned not only as sales tools for events, but also as meaningful brand touchpoints that encouraged ongoing engagement and repeat visits to the venue.

Design Approach

The design approach focused on clarity, hierarchy and visual consistency across the suite. Each brochure was tailored to its audience, balancing text and imagery differently while maintaining a cohesive look and feel.

Outcome & Impact

The redesigned brochure suite improved clarity and consistency across all event touchpoints, supporting the Events Team with effective sales tools while helping customers navigate options with confidence during the enquiry process. By reinforcing the Officers Mess brand experience, the brochures also contributed to building ongoing relationships and encouraging repeat engagement with the venue.
